We recommend purchasing a package of 2 and here's why.  With the two different weight options, the Changeup Circle ™  provides a great way for pitchers to keep the correct motion, and when alternating between the 5oz and weighted Changeup Circles ™  (8oz, 10oz), and then to a regular baseball, you really create the ultimate feel for the pitch/throw.  If you work with all ages, the 3 pack would be the way to go.

Always use a baseball/softball glove when playing catch with the Changeup Circles™.

The recommendation for the weighted, 8oz + 10oz models is Not to throw at full speed but to play catch and create the feel of the pitch and then the same on the mound and up to that distance. The 5oz model is recommended throw as normal and even into long toss.
